The Case IH Magnum MX 230 was introduced in 2002 with the revision of the MX Magnum series. After merging with New Holland, the Magnum series will also leverage synergies with New Holland's TG Series. The MX210 is the second model in the series and replaces the MX220. Successor 2005 becomes the Magnum 250.
