Hubbard - is a PC-only 16x map for Farming Simulator 22 inspired by northeast Nebraska. Its standout feature is its aggressive elevation changes, creating a hilly terrain that offers a unique and challenging farming experience.

Features Hubbard Map:
- Various terrain
- 170 fields and meadows of medium and large sizes
- Additional crop: alfalfa
- Additional products: corn stover, soybean straw and hay and alfalfa straw, propane and ammonia
- Several points of supply and production
- A ready-made base with equipment, as well as several livestock facilities in different parts of the map
- Car traffic
- Forest area and sawmill sell point
- Player farm includes two fields, various equipment, two sheds, and several bins
- Numerous open property options to build on. (Build with your favorite mods)
