Real Dirt Particles - adds both dry and wet particle systems to vehicle tires. Works with "Real Dirt Color". Tested on Dedicated Servers.

Changes in v1.0.4:
- Dry particles now blend in to the mud particles if the mod "Mud System" is installed and enabled.

Tested on game version 1.9.x

Changes in v1.0.2:
- Wet particles are disabled if the mod "Mud System" is installed and enabled.
