The MTZ-50 (Russian МТЗ-50, in the German-speaking world mostly MTS-50 transcribed, also known in combination with the brand name Belarus) is a tractor that was produced from 1961 in the Minski Traktorny Sawod. In 24 years of construction, approximately 1.25 million pieces were produced, including a four-wheel drive version, the MTZ-52. The GDR imported larger quantities of the vehicle since 1967.
