Added auger pipe configurations

Added mirror on the left to allow the auger to be seen from in the cab. (Changes depending on pipe configuration)
Added more lights on the sides and rear
Added US style side blinkers
Updated interior monitor to display real information including animated bars and dash lights
I plan on adding a few more features on this mod in the future.
US rear lights and better ladder platform extensions being on the to-do. I wouldn't say this is my best work as I don't think everything is perfect on it yet, but I am glad to have a red harvester with the larger grain bins and more wheel configurations.
Tested on game version 1.4.x
