This is my 1999 Neal Manufacturing Single Axle utility trailer that I actually own in real life. I put a huge amount of effort into this trailer but it can still have some improvements done to it. The jack actually does work and is controlled by X. The trailer will spawn after buying with the jack in the ground but just raise it once and it won't do it again. Hopefully, you can find this little trailer useful as I have tried to create this just for that purpose.
